自小被稱讚為“神童”的胡逸山(OH EiSun),19歲時考取機械、航天工程以及德國文學的學士,隨後在兩年內取得工學和國際工商管理的碩士,24歲時獲得法學博士學位。

胡逸山曾經是馬來西亞總理的政治秘書。他通曉馬來語,漢語,英語,德語和法語五種語言,目前擁有太平洋研究中心的首席顧問,中國海外交流協會理事,大學講師等多重身份。作為馬來西亞華裔,掌握了多種語言,為國際知名媒體撰寫政治、經濟專欄,可以説胡逸山本身就極其具有文化的多樣性。
改革開放之後,中國在迅速發展的同時,也帶動了周邊的地區和國家。胡逸山認為,近些年來,中國在改善人民生活素質的同時,為世界和周邊國家帶來不可多得的發展機遇,同時還主動承擔負責任大國角色,為解決或減緩國際衝突,化解挑戰作出貢獻。
胡逸山還指出,中國目前在國際舞台上扮演着越來越重要的角色。事實證明,富強的中國,不僅惠及中國民眾,也對世界經濟尤其是中國周邊國家社會進步帶來正面積極效應。一個強大的進入“新時代”的中國,必將造福人類。
作為第三代馬來西亞的華裔,在馬來西亞出生長大的他,是如何來解讀“一帶一路”倡議和“人類命運共同體”理念的呢?

胡逸山回憶起第一次來北京的場景:
“印象中我第一次來北京是在2000年,那時很多人的交通出行還依賴於傳統的火車和客車等等。而現在的交通方式讓人印象深刻,比如大部分城市都有地鐵,城市間又有高鐵彼此連接,更不用説還有飛機航運了。”
I first came toChina, I think in the year 2000. I think lots of people still depended on the traditional train, the large buses and so on for transportation. Now you have very impressive, for example,subways in most of the cities. Use the high-speed railways connecting the cities and so on. Not to mention, of course airplane transportation.

另一個讓胡逸山印象深刻的是中國的互聯網技術的應用,比如二維碼支付。
中國的互聯網連接十分廣泛。現在有時我也用微信支付。當我打個車或者買杯咖啡,我通常不再用現金了,而會用微信支付。
Another thing which really impresses me a lot is the wide connectivity of the internet in China. Nowadays, I do some WeChat-pay. Sometime when I’m taking a taxi, when I buy a cup of coffee and so on, I usually would not use cash any more. I would just use my WeChat-pay.

胡逸山一直對天津抱有深厚的感情,隨着“一帶一路”倡議的提出,不僅增加了是天津發展的機遇,也為馬來西亞發展帶來動力。
胡逸山表示,馬來西亞傳統上就跟中國、跟天津貿易往來密切,“一帶一路”的提出可以提升雙方貿易的深度和廣度,這一發展理念還將加快提升馬來西亞的基礎設施建設速度。與此同時,天津的自貿區可以藉助政策優勢,借鑑其他自貿區經驗,嘗試建立商業糾紛調解中心等,成為中國的法制試驗區。


我和天津的聯繫很密切,因為在北京召開的中國人民政治協商會議上,我有幸成為一名觀察員。三年來,我見證了其中的一些建議得到採納實施,比如説發展天津的海運航線和港口,現在天津和亞太地區的很多港口城市之間有了航線聯繫,從日本一路向南直至菲律賓。
I have very closely with Tianjin, because I became an observer to the annual meeting of Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference session in Beijing.
I think for at least 3 years, I’ve seen some of these suggestions being adopted. For example, the development of Tianjin sort of cruise line and ports. So now Tianjin has cruise line connections. I think with many other cities in the region from Japan all the way down to even Philippines.

中國的“一帶一路”倡議為周邊國家帶來哪些益處呢?
我認為中國提出的“一帶一路”倡議有五大主題,在這五個主題當中,我覺得對馬來西亞這樣歷來注重貿易的國家來説,最重要的就是貿易便利化。馬來西亞和中國之間的貿易在全世界而言都是非常廣泛深刻的。中國正在幫助馬來西亞修築很多港口鐵路和公路,我們期望這種趨勢可以持續下去,因為我們相信正是有這樣的連通,才能深化貿易,也能促進民心相通。
I think the Belt and Road Initiative proposed by China about five main themes. And amongthese five main themes, I think countries like Malaysia, which are traditionally very business-oriented. I think for us,the most important thing is trade facilitation. Malaysia and China already engage in some widest and largest volume of trade inthe world. China has been assisting Malaysia in building a lot of ports, a lot of railways and a lot of roads and so on. And we hope this trend would continue, because we firmly believe with this connectivity, again trade can been hanced. And also, the movement of people can be enhanced.
“一帶一路”倡議務實而又倡導多元化,它不僅僅是經濟和貿易的合作,人文交流也被大幅度加強。
我認為很多國家之所以對“一帶一路”倡議十分積極,主要因為倡議非常務實。不尋求參與國在意識形態上的統一,它倡導多元化,同時又非常注重經貿合作。我們説到了經濟合作,説到了民眾之間更為頻繁的交流,這都可以促進彼此文化的交流。習近平主席也提到了人類命運共同體的理念,我認為這也是很多國家共同努力的方向。
I think the main reason (why) the Belt and Road Initiative is really quite positive (to) many countries. It is mainly because NO.1, it’s very much pragmatic. It doesn’t require for example ideological similarity between all those countries participating. It welcomes diversity, and at same time it’s also very much economically oriented. We talk about economic cooperation. We talk about people visiting each other’s country more and thereby exchange their culture values even more. I think President Xialso mentions this notion of the world common destiny. I think that is what a lot of countries also striving together towards.

胡逸山認為,實現人類命運共同體的核心是基礎設施的相互連通,因為只有這樣民眾間的相互理解和交流才會進一步加深。
我認為要想實現人類命運共同體,其中最重要的還是相互連通,通過海運、航空、鐵路和公路等等相互連接起來。這是實現人類命運共同體的基石。在此基礎上,還需要更多的交流,更多的商品和服務貿易,民眾之間更為頻繁的旅行,只有這樣才能促進彼此的理解,也才能更好地彼此分享發展的成果。
I think to have such a world of shared value of common future for human beings or humankind. I think NO.1, it is very important indeed to have connectivity. That iswhy all this connection by ports, by air, by railroads, and by roads and so on.This is very important to lay the ground work for this sort of the destiny, thissort of common destiny. On top of that, you must have more exchanges. You have more exchanges of goods and services, and also exchanges in terms of physicaltravels between people. Only then, would you NO.1 sort of understand each othermore, NO.2 you enjoy the fruits of development of each other even more.

胡逸山曾表示,中國越來越開放,經濟仍在快速發展,希望更多的商人和企業家也能繼續“下南洋”發展,促進中國和馬來西亞等東盟國家之間的經濟合作和交流
