中國扶貧成就獲聯合國讚譽，這些外國網友卻酸了..._風聞

近日，中國國家發改委稱：

到2020年中國將在人口稀少地區投資9463億人民幣（約1400億美元）用於安置貧困户

而根據世行統計標準，１９７８年至２０１8年間，中國的實際人均收入增長了23倍，極端貧困發生率，從１９８１年的超過８０％大幅下降至２０１8年的不足2％！

對此，聯合國開發計劃署發佈了《2018年中國人類發展報告》中，高度讚揚了中國“造血式”的開發扶貧，並倡議中國“造血式”扶貧，不僅是過去幾十年中國推進減貧工作的重要經驗，更是未來全人類實現脱貧、減貧的必由之路…

顯然，在巨大的扶貧成就下，中國式的“脱貧之路”成為了世界關注的焦點！

If few people progressed laws are amended such that more backward people replace them. Until tough laws are allowed to rule we may not beat China.
