美國青年説：美國不一定總得是第一，第一也可以是中國_風聞

“知行中國—中美高校學生領袖學院”項目始於2017年，中美雙方每年遴選30名高校學生領袖在華開展為期21天的訪問調研活動，是第七輪中美人文交流機制及首輪中美社會與人文對話的重要成果，由中國教育國際交流協會和美國亞洲協會共同實施。

今年，來自中美兩國40所知名高校的60名學生領袖就中國智造和大數據時代、可持續發展和公共政策及中國改革和社會變遷等議題開啓為期三週的研學活動。

今天，解讀中國工作室推出《知行中國》系列節目第二集——《創新中國的故事》。故事的主人公是來自美國普雷裏維尤農工大學的學生伊內斯·弗雷澤。接下來就和小編一起來了解一下這位美國學生對中國的看法吧。

我叫伊內斯·弗雷澤，我在德克薩斯休斯頓的普雷裏維尤農工大學主修農業與化學工業。

My name is Ines Frazier. I go to Prairie View A&M University in Houston, Texas and I’m majoring in agriculture on the prairie track. 

我認為很多人可能是無知的。他們不見得理解不同文化、理解如何讓強國共存，也不見得能讓兩種文化和人民能夠互相理解，或是能確保每件事都按部就班地進行。

I think that a lot of people are possibly ignorant. They don’t necessarily understand different cultures and understand like how two big powerhouses can coexist and allowing for two cultures to understand and create more of an understanding between two people and make sure that everything is working with a different industry. 

美國不一定總得是農業第一，中國也可以成為農業第一。我想這兩者之間有一種讓兩者共存的平衡，並創造出一個更相互理解和富有同理心的世界。

The United State does not always have to be number one in agriculture industry. So China could be the number one in agriculture industry. I guess there’s like a balance between the two that allows us to coexist and create more of an understanding and compassionate world.
