截至目前,中國採取的隔離觀察與治療的方式被證明為有效的防控手段之一。我們身邊也可能出現親友被隔離的情況。面對他們焦慮、緊張的情緒,我們可以做些什麼?
親友剛被隔離,心裏肯定會有很多焦慮和擔憂,可能還會感到悲傷和怨恨,甚至還會擔心會不會再也見不到家裏人……在這種情況下,他們可能不願意主動和家裏親友聯繫。所以我們可能要主動通過微信或者電話和他們保持聯繫,傾聽他們的感受,鼓勵他們積極配合隔離和治療。

But beware of excessive judgment or over-interpretation on their emotional response, as this may prevent them from adjusting to their own pace.
