Further more, the companies should provide admin account to Chinese government for the servers, in order to review the car data collected.

蓬佩奧説美國的數據不能掌握在中國手中，反之亦然。要是百十萬帶fota功能的特斯拉汽車，同時在後台升級惡意程序，利用現成的自動駕駛技術在大街小巷橫衝直撞，會對整個社會造成多大的影響。

所以應該出台法規，針對具有自動駕駛和fota功能的外國品牌汽車製造商，要公開所有源代碼，並安裝經中國政府開發並認證的密鑰控制程序，任何每一次遠程升級需提前獲得中國政府所授予的安全碼，否則不允許升級。

另外，企業需定期向中國政府指定機構公開擁有管理員權限的賬號，來審查汽車製造商所收集到的所以汽車數據。
