美國政府對COVID-１９不作為、遲作為、幾乎無效的作為使得疫情整個發展過程像如同電影“人類清除計劃４”　的劇本稍稍做了改動。

一名官員對總統説：

This country is over populated. There are too much crime, too much unemployment. The state cannot afford to care for its own citizenry.People do not want us to raise taxes. Our debt has tripled. We cannot pay for anything.

Something must be done to depopulate the lower-income classes because we exhausted every possibility.

Sir, you’re sending soldiers into the country who disguised as Covid-19 virus, hunting people down. So the state does not have to support them.
