Everyday cooking i find a bit mundane, especially as i live alone, and have a terrible kitchen.
Strangely I neither like high cuisine too much.
But Rustic Fusion cooking, whit big flavors, That is where i shine, and what people love from me. Simple but high quality dishes.
My Priced dishes Include
· Whisky marinated stake whit oven baked potatoes and Stilton Butter, Complete with fancy spinach or salad
· Saté (Indonesian meat dish with peanut sauce, rice (or bread) and fresh fruits (Pineapple) on the side)
· Self made and build hamburgers (many different types, fresh ingredients, spices and herbs are the key)
· Mexican Meatloaf! Sweet hot and spicy. Love it on bread, or with corn and
· Chilly Chicken
· Orange Jus Carrot’s with cardemon
· Squirrel cookies (with real peaces of squirrels.. er… i mean nuts. )

我如果每天做飯,就會覺得有點枯燥,尤其是當我一個人住的時候,我的廚房通常一團糟。

Oh, yes, I love cooking, and since lockdown, the amount of the time I spend in the kitchen trying new recipes was enormous :) The cooking for me is another way to express myself by experimenting with new ingredients and discovering different flavors. I’m not always sticking to the recipe since I like to mix things up a bit or add a personal twist to the dish. It’s a bit harder with baking, but I feel like there’s always a better, healthier alternative for some products, and because of that, I think it will never get old for me :) In this case, the variety of possibilities motivates in a very positive way.

Yes! Cooking is not only a great hobby but a wonderful way to share your hobby with friends by inviting them over for a great meal, or taking friends a prepared meal or a plate of cookies when they might need it. Want to show appreciation for someone? Bake them a cake! Nothing shows care and appreciation more …….. Learning to cook brings great rewards…..try it!
However, to be truthful, I do not love to cook EVERY day. I take frequent sabbaticals where I prefer to eat out. There are evenings when I prefer skipping dinner prep and eat popcorn.

Yes, I absolutely love to cook. I love the satisfaction of having my own ingredients and being able to make my own food and cook it and eat it, and it’s just more satisfying than going to a restaurant and sitting and ordering my food, then waiting 30 minutes only to have my food come out not to my taste and greasy, then realizing I just spent $20 on a meal that could have costed $3 and would have been way healthier and to my taste.

Thats an interesting question. I love cooking with an absolute passion that can be rivaled be very little. The science is incredable when you invest time to understand clearly, makes it something you just dont want to leave. The art and creativity is without a doubt one thing that draws everyone in, from guest to chef.
The things I detest however, the customer service aspect. I love cooking, not particularly serving. The life of a chef is also really lonely, I might have 8 hours a week that I could use to socialize, if there weren’t a billion other things to do with my day off. The hours are tough, really tough. But if you love what you’re doing, it pays off… really it does.
All in all, I’m addicted. It’s my fix when I’m down to make some new recipes.
