最近很多人都在説“春日養肝正當時”。
小栗子認為:養肝不分季節,關注健康應該在每一個日常。#就是這麼惜命!#
肝臟是人體最大的器官,重量接近3斤。它將毒素轉化為廢物排出,淨化血液,代謝營養物質和藥物,是人體的主要過濾系統。
如果你的肝臟罷工了,毒素會積聚,食物無法消化,你吃進去的藥物也永遠無法離開你的身體了。
沒有肝臟,我們的生命可能連一週都維持不了。




除此之外,護肝還應該少吃油炸食物,生海鮮(龍蝦、螃蟹、生蠔)也都建議避免呢!
對熬夜是否傷肝這個問題,現代氪肝人一直存有爭議。
從時間營養學的角度來説,可以確定的是:熬夜會影響人的晝夜節律,擾亂正常的身體代謝。夜晚睡眠時間是人體各項官能的放鬆時期,熬夜無疑會增加肝臟工作的負擔,影響代謝工作效率。
