Comfort zone aspects:
Daily routine, nothing different happens
You get bored often
There is nothing productive to be done
No strict schedule for your days
You relax too much, you don’t feel tired/special when you are relaxing
You scroll trough Facebook really often
You only consume content, you don’t create any!
You don’t show your opinions, stories, knowledge by writing answers on Quora
Procrastinates
You feel safe and find excuses, no confidence in yourself
Facebook
Now here is the non-comfort zone individual
Has G-O-A-L-S
Won’t take a break until a certain task is done
Will always do new stuff
Always has something productive to do
Taking a break only to rest his mind for further work
Spends little to no time on social media
Has a productive mindset, understands the value of his work for his future
Has a somewhat strict schedule
Will make sure he’ll complete all the tasks he has for today
Is not afraid of anything
Does not worry about anything, he just DOES it!
Goes to bed completely exhausted, thus valuing relaxation much more
Is grateful to everything that is given to him
Happens to do something new each day
Does NOT procrastinate!
Writes useful answers on Quora, like this one!
Sets new, achievable goals
Works his ARSE off!

You can understand it by seeing ur improvements and achievements. It’s because our comfort zone prevents us from improving it stops us from achieving all the things you are capable of achieving. The comfort zone is great enemy of courage and confidence. Comfort zone is also a beautiful place but nothing ever grows there.
Actually for me, for achieving something we have to get out of our comfort zone as it a psychological state in which one feels familiar, safe,at ease and secur. So, if u are in the comfort zone then do something that scares you. Life begins at the end of the comfort zone!!!!

Everybody’s comfort zone is different.
I don’t know what yours is because I don’t know you or live your life. Let’s say you get up at the same time every day, go the same way to work, go to lunch at the same time each day, go to the same place for lunch, come home at the same time each evening, watch the same programs on TV, eat the same kind of food - then that is your comfort zone.
It is what you feel comfortable with.
Now, should you be asked to go to an opera in New York city and dinner afterwards at the most expensive restaurant in the city. Would you feel comfortable with this? If your life is as I described, it would be unlikely that you would be comfortable.
Most people live within their comfort zone because they feel safe.Doing new things can be very scary and can cause a lot of anxiety in people.
Personally, I always push my comfort zone because I am that kind of person. Although I suffer from anxiety, I like to push myself past that in order to overcome it. I have been on many solo trips, for example. I have traveled to Australia three times on my own. Been to three other countries on my own, and do many other things just to test myself. I love to take risks.
You may not be comfortable with that at all.
If you are really interested in this, I would suggest you get a big piece of paper and draw a large circle in the middle. Put in the circle everything that is comfortable for you. Now write outside the circle all the things you would like to do, or that other people have asked you to do. Then if you are game, you can try them one at a time and cross them off.
That is a great way to widen your comfort zone. Then the more you do, the more you can do to better yourself. A person who reaches out like this is far more interesting than somebody who comes home and sits in front of the TV every night. You will have more interesting friends, and be able to converse on all manner of subjects.
Try it.
