First, let’s get one thing out of the way if you’re coming from Europe of South East Asia bad choice for places to come to live but your hands are probably tied. So I will be 100% honest with you and tell you what I can for advice from what I learned.

Okay so you come to Merica now what about the culture or work or mentality or laws, so let’s start with Merican culture first there is no set standard, in fact, there is no official language for the great states. But if you can consider how Americans think it’s that they are better than every country and can bomb and kill whoever they want(no joke many people think this way, not me or many other Americans but a lot do) it’s all about power and wealth here my friend. Oh and super sizes for food of course so if you want a short answer to fit in here of course that’s a slight exaggeration. But seriously I would like to note again not all American are ignorant and stupid just most.

Okay, let me really go into detail about how to fit in. One this culture is about work, power, and status. General American work more hours than in Europe, and laws are not as good here either.

So really culture wise you don’t have to change because they are many cultures here, but you’re probably saying okay what about anything else.

Well, one law changes a lot or not, for instance, my state will eliminate all plastic bags in stores within a year in a half, but not all state has the same laws.

Be smart do your research

Learn that not one thing is right or wrong here, things are based state by state and culture example(SJW(not all are like this but some are extremist that give SJW a bad name) will tell you your a rapist and evil because your a man) so get over it or not assuming your a male or female I am not sure and honestly I don’t care because people may think otherwise but your gender isn’t gonna affect what I’m saying anyway.

Educate yourself or get more skills and find a good job if you work in the public sector it can be a very easy and reliable job, I cannot stress how important a good education and skills are here it’s not a want but a necessity

Be careful with meeting new people some people are awesome and others are bigots or robbers

To be American always make sure to supersize your meals and gain at least 70 pounds

Be prepared to work 40 hours or more a week and have shitty pay for your first jobs

Okay, final step your living the American dream and have a beautiful house and family, now go on Quora and answer some question so people can think your crazy but in all seriousness, many of these steps I listed are important.

Have a goal: what do you want to do? what did you come here for? to make more money? meet a girl? Be a famous movie star?whatever it may be make sure you have a goal to see progress, celebrate milestones . This is single handedly the most important step. You need a good structured plan on how you will progress and make it to your goal and how you will get there.

Education? Whatever it is you need a goal Education education education. huge priority. 

Stable living conditions: quality house, good car , good family well being ect.

Choosing the right city : Assuming you are a immigrant try to live in the biggest cities or metropolitan areas where there are alot of different races andgroups. The best place to start would be southern california or northern california. But some other good places are seattle washington, austinTX, Las vegas nevada, New york city. Chicago, new jersey , or any major metro city on the east coast. These cities have alot of opportunity

Avoid these states: Utah montana wyoming, idaho, and northern nevada. These states are a big no no they lower moral .also there is some racism here to be careful.

Everyone here is on a grind to reach there goals you need to compete with them. This is a very important step do not go easy on yourself do not waste time.

Never go hungry, never lose hope. Ive been through the worse, have seen the worse. Karma is strong here 

Manage money well. Materialism is americas popular poison. Do not be distracted or waste your money on useless junk over quality items
