GENMA 1300噸級龍門吊採用了先進的智能化控制系統，集成防搖擺裝置和即時監測功能，顯著提升了吊裝精度與作業安全性，尤其適用於大型船舶結構件等重型裝備的總裝作業。目前，GENMA為客户提供的首台同規格龍門吊已順利通過型式試驗及特檢驗收，性能表現優異。第二台設備已進入總裝提升階段。這兩台龍門吊均由南通潤邦重機有限公司生產製造。

Recently, the project team for GENMA’s 1,300-ton ultra-large double-girder gantry crane (referred to as gantry crane) received high praise from the client for its professional project management expertise and “customer-first” service commitment.

Facing tight deadlines and complex conditions, the GENMA team overcame challenges including prolonged heavy rainfall and the 155-meter-long skidding process for the complete machine. Through meticulous planning, they completed assembly and commissioning on schedule, demonstrating exceptional project execution.

The GENMA 1,300-ton gantry crane features an advanced intelligent control system with anti-sway technology and real-time monitoring, significantly enhancing lifting precision and safety—ideal for assembling large ship structures and heavy equipment.

Currently, the first crane of this model has passed the type test and special equipment inspection with outstanding performance. The second unit is now in the final assembly lifting phase. Both cranes were manufactured by Nantong Rainbow Heavy Machineries Co., Ltd.
